CANCELLATION POLICY

‼️I enforce a 100% cancellation fee for all no-shows. ‼️‼️ If you cancel on the same day or less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will incur a charge of 100% of your service cost. ‼️ -I take great pride in my work and value your satisfaction. If you are unhappy or unsure about a service, please do not hesitate to reach out so we can resolve the issue promptly. As your HairStylist, it is my goal is to ensure you leave feeling satisfied and confident. ‼️You have a 7-day window from the date of your appointment to address any concerns and have them rectified at no additional charge. After this period, you will be charged the full price.‼️ - I have implemented these policies to protect my livelihood and career, as I rely on my business to support myself and my family.
